Let's Get the Party Started!





Do you need a motivating pep talk to get you to work out?  

Well here are some inspiring mantras to get you headed in the right direction................






  • You are only one workout away from a good mood
  • Sweat is fat crying
  • Just get out there, you’ll feel great later
  • Fit feels better than flabby
  • Do it for those who can’t
  • Give it 10 minutes – once you get going, you’ll get into it
  • Run more = eat more
  • You won’t get the butt you want by sitting on the one you have

You get the picture!  Do whatever it takes to get yourself moving and then
keep the focus going.  If you lose it, get right back on the horse.  Making
exercise a habit will feel like you forgot something.  Kind of like not brushing
your teeth or putting on deodorant!  You will not feel complete or whole and
you will soon realize that the missing piece to your puzzle is your workout.
That’s the feeling that you want to keep alive throughout the coming year.
