An All-Natural Cleanse

Growing research suggest chemicals such as flame retardants in fabrics and pesticides in food are taking up residence in our bodies and harming our health.  While buying organic foods and natural cosmetics helps lessen exposure, some things you can’t avoid, like chemicals off-gassing from office furniture.

The good news is that detoxing works.
First, drink at least six glasses of liquid a day (some coffee or tea is OK).  Staying hydrated means you pee enough, which flushes out toxins.   And don’t forget to exercise!  Some chemicals (like BPA) you can sweat out; others get stored in your fat cells, so you have to burn fat to release them.  Heavy breathing also helps get rid of pollutants.  Doing these things every day, on top of buying natural products can bring you peace of mind.
